Cancellation Policy

Booked services are generally non-refundable. Coaching sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the full amount per session will be charged. Coach travel expenses of up to 20 minutes are free. Longer travel expenses will be billed directly by the coach at an hourly rate of CHF 60.
