Your mission

As a coach, you will play a key role in guiding moms on their journey to professional fulfillment. Whether they are just starting out in their careers, embarking on a new direction or already have ambitious goals in mind, you will help them define their visions, overcome blockages and put them into action with creative, practical steps. You are the catalyst for their professional and personal development!

Your tasks

You accompany mothers in the implementation of their professional goals - from the initial idea to the successful launch

You show them how they can balance business and family - without compromise, but with joy

You help with goal setting, prioritization and effective time management

You build a strong, trusting relationship with your coachees and are their driving force

You actively contribute to the further development of our coaching offer, create innovative materials and tools that bring our mothers even more clarity and success

What you should bring with you

Sound training and experience in coaching - you know how to really help people move forward

You are a working mom yourself and know the challenges of juggling family and career

You have a clear overview of the professional world and know how to help mothers realize their professional goals

You work independently and you are registered as self-employed

You are self-motivated, proactive and want to not only provide coaching as part of the Mom2MomBusiness community, but also help shape and further develop the platform
