I am a mother, founder, and managing director of Dianoia GmbH, and a business psychologist with over 20 years of operational professional experience in complex organizational contexts.
Change, transformation, and growth processes have shaped my professional career, as has working with leaders.
Through my collaboration with Mom2MomBusiness, I work with companies that want to create conditions in which mothers can remain productive, grow, and be effective in the long term. At the same time, I support mothers, entrepreneurs, and executives through coaching and sparring in consciously shaping their professional roles.
My work combines strategic clarity with psychological depth and a keen systemic perspective. In addition, I draw on my experience in management consulting, particularly in the structural and cultural development of organizations.
