Edith Kohler
Whether as president of Kinderwelt, organizational developer, or family woman, I enjoy shaping the future and advancing people and issues.
As a mountain dweller, I am used to finding courageous paths and connecting with others to create movement together. The view from a summit and the clear light nourish my visionary power, which I am happy to pass on.
One of my heartfelt concerns is to bring people into contact with their true potential.
About me
Connecting people, inspiring them, and shedding light on things is my passion.
I was Head of Human Resources Development at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for over ten years. In this position, I was responsible for the further training of all employees and was a trainer on the topics of guest contact, handling complaints, and emotional intelligence. I played a key role in establishing the “Academy of Hotel Excellence,” an industry network for the luxury hotel sector. Among other things, I developed and conducted training courses for Swiss International Air Lines.
My career began with a degree in economics at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. I then worked in management training and completed a three-year training program as a coach/supervisor at the ias. A CAS in education management at the SCIL at the University of St. Gallen and the international certificate as an Infosyon Professional constellation facilitator round off my profile.
