About me
I am an entrepreneur and coach with over ten years of experience in the corporate environment, including in the pharmaceutical and banking industries. During this time, I have worked in strategic roles at global and local levels, been part of leadership teams, and led and helped shape cross-functional transformation and strategy initiatives.
My encounter with co-active coaching was a decisive turning point for me. It combines my strategic business perspective with a deep human dimension. Today, I support clients in making clear decisions, shaping their roles authentically and effectively, and actively leading change—whether they are returning to work after parental leave, in career transition phases, or on the path to a new, powerful version of themselves.
My coaching is based on the belief that the most important answers are already within each person. I create space for clarity, honest reflection, and targeted questions so that my clients can access their own knowledge, intuition, and potential.
In this way, I support people in strengthening their inner alignment, focus, and self-confidence—both in their professional context and in their private lives.
I live in the Basel region of Switzerland with my husband and our two young children. I coach in German and English and work with people from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds.
