I know what it feels like to be caught between expectations and roles. And I also know how challenging it is to do justice to everything without losing sight of yourself. Based on my own experiences and those of many coaching clients, I firmly believe that we all already have the best solution for ourselves within us and have the ability to bring about positive change.
Sometimes all it takes is someone to support and guide us in recognizing and harmonizing our own values, roles, and goals.
In a safe environment, I offer the opportunity to develop new perspectives and achieve lasting change. For a life that not only works, but is fulfilling and inspiring.
About me
For me, “multiperspective” is a word that perfectly describes me and my life: adopted by Germans from South Korea at the age of two, socialized and raised in Freiburg as a woman perceived as Asian, after graduating from high school, I first trained as a hairdresser in active rebellion against my professor father, only to then go on to study adult education with a focus on psychology and group pedagogy. During this time, I experienced identity crises that prevented me from finding my (professional) path for a long time.
It was only after the birth of my two children that I found myself and, with that, clarity about what I wanted to do. Now new perspectives have emerged: how do I reconcile my very fulfilling role as a mom with my desire to achieve professional goals? From what perspectives am I perceived and how can I use my knowledge and skills? What values guide me in this and how can I show the potential of my personality?
I am very grateful that I have been able to accompany people as a coach with precisely these questions for many years, just as I have been able to expand my repertoire of perspectives with executive training, team training, couple coaching, and mediation.
