Sonja Tschan

My coaching is more than just a conversation. It is a journey to yourself—to your strengths, your values, and your possibilities.

Together, we will find answers to questions such as:

How can I redefine my role?

How can I make decisions that feel right?

How can I find a balance between my professional and private life?

I will support you in activating your resources, gaining new perspectives, and taking courageous steps.

About me

I have many years of management experience in various organizations and am a mother of two children. From my own experience, I know how challenging it can be to meet different demands—your own and those of others.

It is a matter close to my heart to accompany women in challenging situations and support them in gaining clarity, developing new perspectives, and confidently following their own path.

Why I do what I do

There have been moments in my life when I have asked myself: How can I manage all this? Professional responsibilities, private commitments, my own demands – and the expectations of others. As a mother of two children and a manager, I know these areas of tension from my own experience.

I know how it feels to want to be strong and at the same time to be searching for guidance. That is precisely why it is so important to me to support women in such situations. I want to give you a space where you feel seen and understood—a place where you can find clarity and discover new paths.

My approach

I work with methods that combine reflection and action – always individually, always appreciatively. For me, it's not the perfect solution that counts, but the solution that suits you.

Because I believe that you have everything you need within you. Sometimes you just need someone to help you see it.
